PURPOSE:To wholly improve performances of tire by laying a specific belt layer consisting of belt cord obtained by twisting high-modulus yarn with low- modulus yarn on the outside of carcass in the radius direction. CONSTITUTION:High-modulus yarn having 4,000-5,000kg/mm<2> modulus in tension is twisted with low-modulus yarn having 200-400kg/mm<2> modulus in tension to give weaving yarn and a belt layer 7 having plural sheets of belt plies 7A and 7B arranged in parallel in such a way that belt cords having 3-8% set intermediate elongation are inclined at <=30 deg.C from the peripheral direction of tire is set. A carcass 6 inside the belt layer 7 comprises carcass plies 6A and 6B arranging in parallel carcass cords slanting 75-90 degrees from the peripheral direction of tire. |
