The present invention concerns the attachment, on the underface of slabs or shuttering floor slabs made of reinforced or prestressed concrete, of insulating or non-insulating panels by means of a simple system which is inexpensive and practical and which does not require any skilled labour. It consists in incorporating nuts during manufacture of the slab, then in screwing in a threaded rod, after hardening of the concrete, either partially or completely. For holding the insulating panels in position, either the rod is curved or use is made of a nut with or without a washer. <IMAGE>
