PURPOSE:To maintain the quality of image uniform over a long period of time without changing the surface potential of a photosensitive body even when a photosensitive body is repeatedly used, and to realize miniaturization as well by constituting an electrifying device and a cleaning device integrally. CONSTITUTION:The grid voltage is brought down in the second rotation by a controlling part 10, and the surface potential of the photosensitive body 1 is maintained uniform by impressing voltage on a grid 9. Further, in the third rotation, the voltage which is lowered than at the second rotation is impressed. In this way, the grid voltage is changed responding to the total rotating number of the photosensitive body 1. Thus, the surface potential of the photosensitive body 1 can always be maintained uniform regardless of the total rotation number of the photosensitive body 1. Therefore, the image stability is increased in cases where the photosensitive body 1 is repeatedly utilized, as well as lengthening the service life of the photosensitive body 1. |
