PURPOSE:To obtain the title laminate comprising a metal and the title composition excellent in adhesive strength to, especially, a metal and heat resistance by mixing a polymer component comprising a specified modified polyolefin and, optionally, an unmodified polyolefin and an elastomer with CaCO3. CONSTITUTION:A polymer component comprising 10-100wt.% modified polyolefin obtained by grafting an alkenylsuccinic acid or an unsaturated compound of the formula (wherein R1-2 are each H or a 1-10C alkyl; R3 is a residue derived by removing a hydrogen atom from benzotriazole, phthalimide, o-sulfobenzimide, 1,8-naphthalimide, succinimide, a lactam or a derivative thereof) onto a polyolefin (e.g., PP), 0-90wt.% unmodified polyolefin (e.g., PP) and 0-90wt.% elastomer (e.g., ethylene/propylene rubber) which is desirably a polymer having a tensile modulus at ordinary temperature lower than that of the above (un)modified polyolefin is mixed with 5-50wt.%, based on the whole composition, CaCO3 which is desirably surface-treated and has a mean particle diameter of 0.05-10mum and a specific surface area of 0.1-100m<2>/g. |
