PURPOSE:To facilitate the change of the mode of the space arrangement of a two-dimensional picture without using a processor such as a large capacity memory and a computer by switching the method of an address designation when a line picture signal read by a line sensor is written to a two-dimensional memory. CONSTITUTION:The picture reader is provided with a line sensor 2, a two-dimensional memory 4 to store successively a line picture signal read by the line sensor 2 and an address control circuit to control the address of the two-dimensional memory 4. The method of the address destination when the address control circuit is controlled and the line picture signal read by the line sensor 2 is written to the two-dimensional memory 4 is switched. The mode of the space arrangement of the two-dimensional picture of the two-dimensional picture signal composed of the line picture signal successively read by the line sensor can be easily changed without using the processor such as a large capacity memory and a computer. |
