摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to control in the best condition responding to the time and the occasion by controlling automatically the reducing valves of a water system by using a data base in which the informations including the past record data are accumulated, and making it possible to select the intervention rate of the operator when the control amount is made, in plural modes. CONSTITUTION:As the method to control the reducing valves 7 of the pipings6 of a water pipe system, the first method is a full automatic control method by using the data base 2 and outputting the computed results as they are. The second method is to display the control amount to the reducing valves 7 in the first method, and to add the process of confirming the value and operating the system by the operator. The third method is to display an operation pattern guidance to show the variation with the time of the operation amount in one day, for example, found from the data base 2, to set an operation pattern in one day by the operator depending on the operation pattern guidance, and to output the control amount of the reducing valves 7 at the responding time automatically responding to the operation pattern. And the fourth method is to input the control amounts of the reducing valves 7 manually by the operator, and to output to the reducing valves 7 as they are. By selecting these methods adequately, the best control can be carried out, and the water leakage can be restricted to the minimum.
