PURPOSE:To make a chemical mat layer to be a non-dyeing property by laminating an overcoat layer consisting of the polymeric film having surface fine protrusions and recessions corresponding to the fine protrusions and recessions of the surface, on the surface of the chemical mat layer. CONSTITUTION:A chemical mat layer 3 is applied with a rough surface forming agent along with binder on a transparent film 1, and silica, clay, quartz, talc, and the like are used as a rough surface forming agent, while thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin, ultraviolet ray curing resin, and the like are used as a polymeric binder. An overcoat layer 4 is formed with a polymeric thin film, and has the same fine protrusions and recessions in its surface, corresponding to the surface fine protrusions and recessions of the chemical mat layer 3 disposed underneath thereof. As the high polymer employed in an overcoat layer, thermoplastic resin such as skin formative polyester, polyamide, polyvinyl alcohol, and the like are used. Thus, it has an excellent writing property, and would be easily applied with photosensitive liquid, and has also a printing property; moreover, the chemical mat layer is improved in its stability against chemicals, and would not be dyed easily by common dyestuffs. |
