<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the initialization time of a nonvolatile part by writing data to be written in the nonvolatile part into an ROM part and switching to whether the data of an RAM part are written into the nonvolatile part or whether the data of an ROM part are written into the nonvolatile part. CONSTITUTION:This circuit is constituted of an RAM part 13, nonvolatile part 16, control part 17, ROM part 14 and a switching circuit 15. This RAM part 13 holds data by an ordinary access and the nonvolatile part 16 holds the data when power source is cut off. A control 17 controls the read/write of the data of the RAM part 13 and the nonvolatile part 16 by an external control and the ROM part 14 previously writes the data to be written into the nonvolatile part 16. The switching circuit 15 switches to whether the data of the RAM part 13 are written into the nonvolatile part 16 or whether the data of the ROM part 14 are written into the nonvolatile part. Thus, the data can be easily and shortly written into the nonvolatile part 16.</p> |
