<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a host computer by performing no communication related to the baggage delivery schedule between a base computer and the host computer as long as the delivery schedule is kept by the base computer. CONSTITUTION:A base computer 7 performs an order receiving process by a new delivery request and sends the contents of the receiving process and the identification code of an IC card attached to a baggage to a host computer 1. Receiving a new register request, the computer 1 produces the delivery data and sends this data to the computer 7 via a transfer data control part 2. The computer 7 receives the delivery data and records this data on the IC card via a card reader/writer 9. Then the computer 7 decides the next delivery schedule based on the delivery schedule held by the IC card without having any communication with the computer 1 as long as the delivery schedule is kept. While the contents of the delivery schedule are informed to the computer 1 in case the delivery schedule is not kept.</p> |
