CONSTITUTION:Resonance frequency f1 is generated by the connection of the inductance L1 of the measuring winding 5 of a first yoke 3 and the capacity Cv of a capacitive thermometer 12, and the resonance frequency f2 is generated by the connection of the inductance L2 of the measuring winding 6 of a second rotating yoke 4 and the capacity Cf of a fixed capacity 13, and these can be measured at respective resonance frequency detection circuits 14, 15 by the detecting windings 9, 10 of the respective fixed yokes 7, 8, and by using resonance frequency difference DELTAf at resonance frequency difference detection circuit 16, the internal temperature of the rotor 2 of a rotating side A can be measured by an external fixed side B without touching mechanically. By using the resonance frequency difference DELTAf, the fall of detecting sensitivity due to eccentricity can be prevented.
