PURPOSE:To perform high-speed data transfer by transferring count data together with the carrying state of a counter to an external device when only a count data transferring command is issued. CONSTITUTION:When a command signal SIN is inputted to a shift register 1 from a serial input terminal 7 in synchronism with synchronizing clocks SCK inputted to an input terminal 6, the carrying state of a counter 4 is first outputted from an oscillation and frequency dividing circuit 3 by means of a signal SOUT from the serial output terminal 8 of the shift register 1. Then the data of the counter 4 to the serial input command are outputted through a control circuit 5. Thus the count data are transferred together with the carrying state of the counter. Therefore, an external device can process the data transfer with the one command. |
