发明名称 EXHAUST DISPOSING METHOD FOR WASTE SMOKE FROM ALLOY MELTING FURNACE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce an equipment cost and to save energy as the efficiency of an oxidation reduction action is maintained through utilization of a catalyst by a method wherein an exhaust heat from the heat source of a melting furnace is utilized as a heat source for heating a catalyst. CONSTITUTION:A dust collecting device 3 formed with a dust hood, a filter, and an exhaust fan is provided above an alloy melting furnace 1. Waste smoke collected by the dust collecting device 3 is fed to a catalyst device 5 through a waste smoke duct 4. Exhaust smoke and an exhaust heat from a melting furnace heat source 2 itself are fed to a mixing device 7 through an exhaust heat duct 6. The mixing device 7 are located on the upper stream side, a waste heat and waste smoke are mixed together, and the waste smoke brought into a sufficient heated state is fed to the catalyst device 5. The catalyst device 5 oxidizes and reduces a harmful component in waste smoke to produce a harmless waste smoke. An exhaust fan 8 is mounted on the downstream side of the catalyst device 5, and suction of a negative pressure in the waste smoke duct 4, the efficiency of exhaust from the melting furnace heat source 2, and a mixing efficiency at the mixing device 7 are improved. A branch flow rate control valve 9 is arranged, and in case of a waste smoke amount being high, a part of waste smoke is fed to the melting furnace heat source 2, and it is desirable that it is burnt directly or heated preliminarily.</p>
