PURPOSE:To attain long range communication without incorporating any battery and being effected by noise by taking correlation for a spread spectrum wave from a read write device with a correlation circuit of a nonvolatile memory module. CONSTITUTION:Chirp waves C1, C2 are generated from chirp wave generators 21, 22 corresponding to 0, 1 of a transmission signal of a R/W 23 and the waves are sent to an MM 25 through a coil 24. While a power supply circuit 27 supplies the system power in the MM 25, a correlation circuit 28 takes correlation between a signal received by a coil 26 and reference waves RW(A), RW(B) of a transmission signal of the R/W 23 and outputs 0, 1 level of a transmission signal to a control circuit 35. When the signal is a write code, the circuit 35 writes a data in the memory 36 and when the signal is a readout code, chirp wave generators 37, 38 send chirp waves C3, C4 to a correlation circuit 45 of the R/W 23. The circuit 45 recognizes 0, 1 level of the received signal. |
