PURPOSE:To detect the existence and the condition of the fault of a reagent with high accuracy in a short time by controlling traverse quantity corresponding to the shape of the reagent and performing compensation to a part where the detection of radiation ray is not performed according to the above-mentioned control. CONSTITUTION:In the case of detecting the radiation ray which is transmitted through the reagent, the traverse quantity by a traverse means 5 is controlled corresponding to the shape of the reagent by using a control means 13. The compensation is performed to the part where the radiation ray is not transmitted and the detection of the transmitted radiation ray is not performed according to the control of the traverse quantity by a compensation means 23 based on data, etc., found on a position obtained by rotating the reagent by proper amounts by a rotation means 7. Thus, traverse time can be shortened and the inspecting efficiency in the case of detecting the fault can be improved. |
