PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing process by forming a core by assembling a tube where solder plating is not performed and a fin, applying an applying agent consisting of solder powder, a high polymer resin for forming a film and a solvent to the core and heating it to a melting point or above of the solder powder. CONSTITUTION:A core which is formed by arranging a corrugated fin 1 made of a Cu-Sn alloy and a tube 2 made of brass where solder plating is not performed is brought to spray painting by an applying agent obtained by mixing uniformly a methacrylic resin, toluene and solder powder in a prescribed ratio, and dried. This core is heated at a prescribed temperature for a prescribed time, and thereafter, brought to hot water washing. As for this product, the fin and the outside surface of the tube are covered with a film of an Sn-Pb compound alloy, and a solder joint of the fin and the tube is also executed simultaneously. In such a manner, since the soldering joint and the formation of an alloy film of an Sn-Pb compound to the fin and the surface of the tube are executed simultaneously, the manufacturing process is simplified, and the service life against corrosion can be prolonged remarkably without deteriorating the thermal conductivity and the heat radiating property. |
