<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an audio generation card with high safety eliminating the need for replacing a battery by laminating a substrate mounting an audio generating IC thereon, a specific paper battery, and a cover sheet. CONSTITUTION:A card-type audio generator consists of a laminate of cover sheets 30, 30', a paper battery 10, an insulating film 50, and an audio generating IC circuit substrate 20. On the substrate 20, an audio generating circuit 21, an audio amplifier 22, and power source terminals 23a, 23b are formed, and a thin speaker 40 if fixed. The paper battery is formed by successively laminating a positive collector layer, a positive active material layer, a high-molecular solid-state electrolyte layer, and an aluminum foil layer. As a substance for forming the positive current collector layer, a metallic oxide is used either singly or in dispersing in a high-molecular compound. The positive active material layer is made by dispersing manganese dioxide in a high-molecular compound. The high-molecular solid-state electrolyte layer is composed of an amorphous polymer and an alkali metallic salt; a lithium salt is preferable therefor. The battery constructed as the above is free from a liquid spill and, thus, enhanced in safety.</p> |
