<p>PURPOSE:To improve the abrasion resistance of high temperature by covering a composite containing a specific resin compound and mica in fluororesin, on a metallic base material. CONSTITUTION:A metallic base material 1 is covered in its surface with a composite contained in fluororesin 3 with polyamide imide resin, polyimide resin, polyphenylene sulfide resin or polyethersulfone resin, or composite 4 of these resin and mica 5 of 0.5wt.% or more relative to fluororesin respectively. In this instance, each content of the polyamide and mica is made to be 1wt.% or more, preferably to be 1.0 - 10.0wt.%. And, the metallic base material 1 is of a type wherein fine protrusions and recessions 2 are provided on the surface of an aluminum by electrochemical or chemical etching; thus, the high temperature abrasion resistance is improved extremely through a synergetic effect of these resins, or the composite 4 and mica 5.</p> |
