PURPOSE:To double the speed of a press ram and to make a high load type by driving an intermediate shaft through a pressing cylinder, passing the change point of a toggle link in the middle of one stroke and composing a link through a surface contact joining with an outer surface of each shaft. CONSTITUTION:An upper fixed shaft 12 is fixed and supported by a press frame 10, an intermediate shaft 14 and a lower connecting shaft 16 constitutes shafts of rotation and the toggle link mechanism is composed of an upper link 18 of this flat plate, an intermediate link 20 and a lower slider link 22. The intermediate shaft 14 is of double shaft structure, a pair of outer cylindrical shafts 28 which are inserted into the central shaft 26 are positioned near both ends of the intermediate shaft, a driving block 34 is set between them to set a hydraulic cylinder 30. The change point passes the intermediate position between the position of the maximum shrinkage of the hydraulic cylinder 30 and the position of the maximum elongation thereof. The arm 38 makes one reciprocation by a half operation or moves at a double speed. It as a surface joining structure, a large load transferring area and is of high load type. |
