The fine photoconductive or conductive particles exist near the surface of the insulating resin layer 11 in a layer of the single particles or composite particles, or dispersed into the material for forming the layer 11 and laminated on the surface of the layer 11 formed on the electrode of the medium 3, or laminated directly on said electrode, thus permitting charge retentive characteristics to be enhanced.
