PURPOSE:To make transfer properties and surface characteristics favorable, by a method wherein after putting on the lid, which is a surface part region of a mold, into a vessel-like state comprised of a back plate and mold frame, an intermediate layer is provided by sticking the same and a device cooling the surface part region after heating it at a specific temperature is arranged within a mold. CONSTITUTION:A heating medium is introduced into a conducting hole 21 of a surface part region 20 of a mold, and the surfaces 3a, 4a of both molds are heated to temperature of 90-200 deg.C by inserting a tap controlled radiant heater 60 between a male and female molde 3, 4. The heater 60 is moved backward, then a parison 2 is suspended from an extruding machine through a die 1, the parison 2 is made baggy by sticking the tip part of the parison 2 with a sticking jig and the male and female molds 3, 4 are shifted. Then parison 2 is stuck more close to both the molds by a method wherein simultaneously with placing of the parison 2 between the male and female molds 3, 4 a gas injector 100 is inserted and heated blowing air is blown into the parison 2. After mold clamping of the molds 3, 4, the surface region 20 of the mold is cooled by introducing a cooling medium into the conducting hole 21 through a mold temperature controlling machine, the same is cooled also from the inside of the parison by changing over the cooling medium with a low-temperature blowing gas and a molded product is taken out. |
