Display lighting (2) comprising a length of electrically conductive flex (4), a plurality of low voltage light sources (6) electrically connected in parallel along the flex (4), and transformer means (8) which is connected to the flex (4) and which is for connecting to a mains outlet socket for reducing the mains current which passes along the flex (4) to the light sources (6) during operation of the display lighting (2).
