PURPOSE:To excite edge mode oscillations with high efficiency, by connecting >=1 edge mode 3-terminal ceramic filter containing an opposite phase driving auxiliary electrode to >=1 edge mode 3-terminal ceramic filter which has no said auxiliary electrode. CONSTITUTION:Opposite phase driving auxiliary electrodes 5a, and 7a and 5b and 7b are provided in addition to semicircular driving electrodes 6a and 6b and 4. The electrodes 6a and 7a are connected electrically to the electrodes 6b and 7b. In case the electrode 4 is used as an earth electrode with the electrodes 5a and 5b used as an input electrode and an output electrode respectively, the directions of electric fields are opposite to each other between the semicircular electrode part and the opposite phase driving auxiliary electrode part. As a result, the higher efficiency is obtained for the edge mode oscillations than a case when only the semicircular driving electrodes are used. |
