<p>The invention relates to a pumping installation of the type comprising, branched-off from the pipe (10) connecting a pump (11) to a tank (12), a hydraulic accumulator (13) with, between this hydraulic accumulator (13) in the said pipe (10), differentiated means of communication (15) capable of assisting the "restoration" of this hydraulic accumulator (13) in relation to its filling. According to the invention, these differentiated means of communication (15) make use of a sieve (16), the perforated wall (17) of which is substantially in the form of a truncated cone, with, located on the side of the perforated wall (17) of this sieve (16) opposite the hydraulic accumulator (13), a diaphragm (18) which is capable, at rest, of being laid against the said perforated wall (17), but which covers only a fraction of the surface of the latter.
