PURPOSE: To most efficiently achieve clamp operation between a carrier and a cutter so that the clamp operation is kept constant substantially for any cutter by preventing the cutter from being displaced in from the carrier during shaving by composing the apparatus so that the cutter comes into contact with the carrier by three supporting projections which are not arranged on the same line. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is composed of a vessel 1 having a holder 2 for an external shaving member 3 and an internal shaving member 4 to be rotated in respect to the external shaving member. At a section 14 of a cutter 8, three supporting projections 24, 25 and 26, which are not arranged on the same line, are provided. When the cutter is formed of thin plate materials, these projections 24, 25 and 26 can easily be formed by partially protruding that material. The supporting projections 24, 25 and 26 come into contact with a wall 27 of a void part 15 and the supporting projection 26 comes into contact with an opposite wall 28 of the void part 15. Thus, three supporting projections constantly and effectively support the cutter inside the carrier. |
