PURPOSE:To obtain a female mold material which is capable of setting easily to a counter plate, by a method wherein a transparent groove part or a cut mark is stuck to ruling marks or blade marks transferred to a counter plate by positioning through registering of the same to them. CONSTITUTION:In the case where a material of a transparent plane material 40 is processed, through a groove 41 is milled with folding line information of a male mold 1, a width and depth are decided by a paper thickness. Generally, a thickness of the material is equal to the paper thickness and a width of cutting is obtained by adding a thickness of a creasing knife to two times as thick as of the paper thickness. Then the same locus is cut down to a depth, which can be cut off manually, with a gimletlike tool. The detaching part 44 is on the inside of an external form line 31 of a paper utensil and it is good if a blade 12 does not abut against the same. Then carbon paper is put on a counter plate 21 before adhe sion, upon which sheet paper 3 is superposed and a male mold is lowered. Consequently, since marks of a blade 12 of a male mold and those a blade of a ruling 13 are traced on the counter plate, an adhesive agent is applied to the backside of a make-ready and the transparent cut groove part 41 is stuck away to the blade marks by coinciding with the same by seeing through the cut groove part 41. Therefore, setting to the counter plate can be performed easily. |
