<p>PURPOSE:To change the advancing direction of a moving body easily by arranging a plurality of primary coils at respective sides of a polygon then simply controlling the direction of thrust produced through the plurality of primary coils. CONSTITUTION:When a pair of coils C arranged on the adjoining sides are driven to produce thrust in the advancing direction of a moving body A, the pair of coils C produce thrust for directing the moving body A obliquely to the advancing direction. Consequently, the moving body A advances in the longitudinal direction of a moving path with the lateral position thereof being regulated in the center of the moving path. When respective primary coils C are driven to produce thrust in same direction along respective sides, the coils C produce such thrust as rotating on each side around the center of a diamond shape thus rotating the moving body A around the center of the diamond shape.</p> |
