<p>PURPOSE:To recover copper from a waste printed board by roasting the waste printed board at a specific temp. under air where resin ingredient is ignited into carbon, then pulverizing it and sieving copper. CONSTITUTION:A waste printed board is roasted at the temp. to the melting one of copper under air where resin ingredient is ignited into carbon in such a manner that the boards are closely contacted at each other as much as possible, the surface area exposed to a roasting atmosphere is reduced and copper is not oxidizing. After that, sieving is executed, by which copper and other unnecessary material can effectively be separated and copper can be recovered as copper metal.</p> |
