<p>The invention relates to a rigid support for the packaging of foodstuffs. The support comprises four layers: a first layer of aluminium, a core of anti-absorbent card, an absorbent layer impregnated with a bacteria inhibitory mixture and a second layer of aluminium on which the foodstuff rests, this last layer being pierced by a plurality of microperforations whose dimensions, distribution and density ensure that the exudate moves out well without the product thereby becoming too dry. The invention applies to the packaging of foodstuffs that tend to exude.</p> |
