摘要 PURPOSE:To reliably provide a desired magnetic signal even when a nuclide except proton produces an object nuclide by a method wherein the resonance frequency of an object nuclide responding to the intensity of a static magnetic field at a point of time when a nuclear magnetic resonance signal for proton is collected is determined, the high frequency magnetic field for excitation of the resonance frequency is applied on a sample. CONSTITUTION:First, a spectral peak of water H2O at a specified portion is measured (in a function 23). A high frequency in a surrounding frequency range of a calculated resonance frequency fH stored in a memory part 21 in a computer system 11 is generated by a transmitter 8. Subsequently, by using an actual measurement resonance frequency fH' and a calculated resonance frequency fH, DELTAfH is computed (in a function 24). In a function 25, a resonance frequency fs of an object nuclide responding to an intensity BO of a static magnetic field at a point of time when water peak is measured is determined. A high frequency of the resonance frequency fs' of the object nuclide is generated (in a function 26) by a transmitter 8 through control of a sequencer 10. By applying a high frequency magnetic field for excitation of a resonance frequency fs' on the specified portion of a hear part pH of a sample P by means of a surface coil 3, the object nuclide is caused to reliably generate a nuclear magnetic resonance signal, and a magnetic resonance signal can be provided.
