PURPOSE:To speed up the storage of works in a comb shaped work storage rack by providing a dual-pat to store two sheets of equally distributed works on the periphery part of a relay table and a turning table to turn and move central maldistributed works. CONSTITUTION:Work W are transferred and placed on the work support 1 of a relay table 5 from a lower surface plate 8 by a carrier adsorption plate 7 by a carrier K unit. And at first, two pieces of equally distributed works on the peripheral part out of the works W on the work support 1 are stored in a comb shaped storage rack 3 by a dual-pat. Next, after central maldis- tributed work W are transported to the original position of peripheral works by a turn table 6, they are adsorbed and stored by one of the dual-pat 2. Every two of equally distributed works W on the peripheral part central maldistributed works W are speedily stored after being turned and transported, and consequent ly, the storage of works W can be sped up as a whole.
