PURPOSE: To contain a flexible tube of a length of 100 feet (30.48 m) by composing a device in such a way that the tube extended from a pack is fed through a cap and a core to go over a core upper end edge and through the inside of the core to be dispensed downward. CONSTITUTION: A circular cap 5 is provided above a pack of a tube 4 contained between a center core 1 and an enclosure easing 2, and the cap 5 is integrally installed on the enclosure casing 2 by an engagement means. Next, the tube 4 is fed from the pack through between a flange part 6 at an upper end of the cap 5 and the center core 1 to go over an upper end part 14 of the center core 1 and through the inside of the center core 1 to be dispensed downward. At this time, the upper end part 14 of the center core 1 is curved and enlarged, so the fed tube 4 is not broken.
