<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of wiring treatment over different wiring grating regions by storing each wiring grating region as a rectangle, by storing the boundaries of different wiring grating regions as line segments containing the addresses of the rectangles corresponding to the regions touching the boundaries, and on reference to these stored data by making adjacent wiring gratings in the different wiring grating regions correspond to each other in a one to one manner. CONSTITUTION:Along with wiring grating regions 21, 22, 23 each being stored as a rectangle, the boundaries 31, 32 of different wiring grating regions are stored as line segments containing the adress information of the rectangles corresponding to the adjacent wiring grating regions. Concerning the adjacent wiring gratings between different wiring grating regions 21, 22, and 23, when there are a plurality of adjacent wiring gratings the leftest and lowest ones are chosen to make each correspond one to one, on reference to the wiring grating regions stored as rectangles and boundaries stored as line segments. In each wiring grating region 21, 22, or 23 wiring treatment is performed at each rectangle by a maze method. While, among the different wiring regions 21, 22 and 23, wiring treatment among adjacent wiring gratings is performed making them to correspond to each other in a one to one manner.</p> |
