PURPOSE:To simply stick and fix a subjected pipe to a mating member by inserting steel core materials extended along the longitudinal direction of the pipe and integrally molding them together with resin. CONSTITUTION:Multiple steel core materials 13 and 13 are inserted into a resin material 12 at multiple positions along the longitudinal direction of a resin pipe 11 and integrally molded together with the resin material 12. The core materials 13 and 13 are made of a material machined and molded into a bar shape from a steel material with the preset hardness, the core materials 13 and 13 are inserted into the resin material 12 during production, it is molded into a long pipe shape by a continuously molding means, then the resin pipe 11 is obtained only by cutting it into the fixed length. When both the right and left end sections of the resin pipe 11 are pressed to mating members for use, plastic deformation sections are generated on part of the mating members by the core materials 13, and both end sections of the core materials 13 bite into the plastic deformation sections and are fixed. |
