<p>PURPOSE:To secure a guard chamber with such an insulating cover that is ease of mounting and excellent in heat resistance by installing a guard chamber body and this insulating cover consisting of heat resistant material covering this body and of more than 155 deg.C in heat-proof temperature. CONSTITUTION:A guard chamber 5 is made contact with the surface of a motor and coil 3 and fixed thereto with a tying string 4. In this case, since a body of this guard chamber 5 is a charging part, it is covered with an insulating cover 6 which is made up of forming aramide paper aromatic polyamide into a cylindrical form, making the cylindrical end into a bag form, and then deposited zones 8a, 8b are deposited by ultrashort waves so as to be housed by the guard chamber 5. As for its attachment to the motor end coil 3, the insulating cover 6 is easily deformed by the tying string 4, and its fitting size l2 is set almost the same as size l0 of the guard chamber 5. In addition, heat- proof temperature of the insulating cover 6 should be set to 155 deg.C or more.</p> |
