PURPOSE:To obtain a high efficient prime mover for energy saving, which uses air pressure for generating rotating power while inter-locking to the action of projecting/retracting blade plates by providing the freely projecting/retracting blade plates on a lot of recessed parts provided radially on a rotary case. CONSTITUTION:This prime mover has a rotating driver A in which a rotary case 3 is supported, via a bearing, by a central axis 12 fixed to a freely projecting/retracting disc band 1, while freely projecting/retracting blade plates 7, 7'... are provided in the recessed parts between respective sets sliding walls 6, 6'... which are projected radially on the inner circumference of the rotary case 3. Further, extended blade plates 8, 8'... and blade plates 9, 9' are provided therein, and the end parts thereof are abutted on the inner circumference inside the rotary disc band 1 and on the outer circumference on a low pressure side 12 around the center shaft 2. In addition, grooves 19 are provided on the outer circumference of the center shaft 2 in the neighborhood of pressure ports 11, and gas supplied from an air tank is filled up therein, while a through-port is provided on the outer circumference of the rotary case 3 so that a vacuum state can be produced inside the clearance between the sliding walls 5, 5'... and inside the blade plates 7, 7'.... |
