PURPOSE:To achieve miniaturization and to enhance reliability by narrowing the arrangement interval of wall parts, each of which is composed of a layer formed by curing a photosensitive resin, on the side of a common ink supply chamber from the acting part in an ink liquid passage. CONSTITUTION:A predetermined number of heat energy generating elements 102 are fixedly arranged to a substrate 101 at predetermined positions and a photosensitive composition layer 104 having a predetermined thickness is provided to the surfaces thereof by a proper method such as a coating method or a lamination method. Thereafter, ink liquid passage grooves 103 forming ink liquid passages such as emitting orifice parts 105, acting parts 106, ink supply passage parts 107, ink emitting passage parts 103 or the like are formed. Each of the ink liquid passage grooves 103 is formed from wall parts each composed of a layer formed by curing the photosensitive resin on the substrate and the wall parts are provided so that the arrangement interval of the wall parts becomes narrow on the side of each ink emitting part 108 from each acting part 106 in one ink liquid passage. |
