PURPOSE:To make energy saving, by so constituting that a flow cover having heating air jets all over the flow cover is provided in the vertical direction within a forced convection oven casing of multi-step oven plate type, and the interior of the casing and a duct cover are made dividable by a partition plate in accordance with a number of oven plates to be applied. CONSTITUTION:When all of oven plates 20a-20c are used heating air 39 by a burner 24 passing through a jet 35 from a duct 33 is spouted out into a casing 19 for even heating. When the oven plate 20a alone is used, a partition plate 37 is inserted into a cut groove 36a of a duct cover 34 as shown in a dotted line, one end is held by a holding component 38 and the inside of the oven casing 19 and the duct 33 are divided into the upper and the lower parts through the partition plate. With this, the hated air by the burner 24 is spouted out only into a section above the partition plate and not spouted out into a section below the partition plate. Then, energy saving is possible. |
