<p>(1) compression molding in a semispherical mold (1) a composition (2) including SBR 1778, NR#3, CaCo3, ZnO in O.T. oil into a hollow semispherical member (4) of a ball bladder; (2) adhesively joining two of the members (4) into a ball with an air capsule (6) containing pressurcd air and being placed within the ball; (3) heating the ball of joined two-halves within the sespective molds under a pressure of 100kg/cm2 at 145 deg. C to rupture the air capsule and fill the inner void of the ball with the escaped air of expansion; (4) adhesively covering the ball with a leather skin for the outer shell in a common manner for the final product. The ball has soft and resilient property.</p> |
