摘要 A steel plate having a high tension and high toughness has the composition of: below 0.10% C, 1.5-1.8% Mn, below 0.3% Si, 0.15-0.20% S, 0.01-0.10% Al and below 0.02% Ti, below 0.005% S, 0.01-0.10% Al and below 0.02% P (wt.%). The making method of this steel plate is characterized by controlled rollng under the condition of accumulation reduction ratio 60-70%, final rolling temperature 800- 830oC, cooling rate after rolling of 15-20oC/sec and final cooling temperature 550-600oC. The steel plate from this controlled rolling is suitable for critically cold region.
