<p>PURPOSE:To accurately predicting a stock temp. in the inlet side of a finish mill by installing respective arithmetic means calculating a stock thickness in the outlet side of a rough mill, average temp. of the stock in the thickness direction, stock temps. in the inlet and outlet sides of a coil box, and roll speed and stock temp. at every stand in the finish mill. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic means 1 calculating an outlet side stock thickness from a rough mill RM at the time of arrival of the rear end of a rolled stock at the mill RM, an average temp. arithmetic means 2 calculating an average stock temp. in the thickness direction at the time of delivery of the stock rear and from the mill RM, a coil box inlet side temp. arithmetic means 3 and a coil box outlet side temp. arithmetic means 4 calculating stock temps. in the inlet and outlet sides of the coil box, a roll speed arithmetic means 5 calculating roll speeds in respective stands F1 in a finish mill, and a finish mill stand temp. arithmetic means 6 calculating stock temps. in respective stands F1 in the finish mill are installed, respectively.</p> |
