发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF SOLAR CELL DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To adhere a semiconductor photoactive layer on the almost whole region of quadrilateral substrate excluding the four corners of the substrate, to make largest an effective area to contribute to electricity generation, and furthermore to facilitate the electrical connection between solar cell modules by a method wherein a first electrode film is supported facing downward in a state that the four corners of the substrate provided with the first electrode film are coated, and the photoactive layer is adhered. CONSTITUTION:A quadrilateral substrate 2 with a first electrode film 4 provided on its main surface is prepared, the film 4 is supported facing downward in a state that four corners 2A to 2D of the substrate 2 are coated and semiconductor photoactive layer 5 is adhered on the main surface of the substrate 2 including the film 4 by decomposition of raw gas. Moreover, a second electrode film 6 to oppose to the film 4 is provided with the layer 5 between the films 4 and 6, and a solar cell module 1, provided with terminal parts 9C, 9D, 8A and 8B which are connected with the film 6 or the film 5 and are arranged at the four corners of the above substrate 2, is formed. After that, a plurality of solar cell modules 1 like the above one are juxtaposed to one another and the fellow terminal parts 8A, 8B, 9C and 9D, which are arranged on both ends of at least one side of the sides adjacent to one another of those solar cell modules 1A to 1D, are electrically connected to one another.
