PURPOSE:To reduce a contact area of water and to enable descaling with small temp. dropping by injecting a pressurized water to flow toward the curved part of the rolled stock on the opposed bending tool side of the rolled stock, and recovering the water left from the curved part. CONSTITUTION:By bending the rolled stock 2, a tension is operated on the surface of the opposed bending tool side of the rolled stock 2, fine cracks are generated on the scale layer of the surface and a part of it is peeled to come up. Therefore, as for the pressurized water to descale, because the scale is enabled removing by small impact force, quantity of the pressurized water is reduced. Further, the pressurized water is injected to flow toward the curved surface on the outlet surface of the bending tools 5, 6, after the water reches on the curved part, flows leaving from the surface of the rolled stock at the curved part by its own inertia force. Therefore, the water recoverying units 12, 16 are disposed on the inlet side of the bending tools 5, 6 opposing against the injected pressurized water, the water and scale left from the rolled stock surface at the curved part are recovered and the contacting area between the water and rolled stock is minimized. |
