PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency by eliminating the repetition of taking out of packaged commodities from a carrier box by a method wherein an inner box equipped with folded portions with edges of side walls standing from two sides at ends of a bottom where vessels are to be mounted facing the bottom is combined with an outer box being reversely formed. CONSTITUTION:A packaging case 29 of fermented soybeans (natto) is composed of an inner box 23 and an outer box 24, wherein the inner box 23 is equipped with a bottom 25 where a (natto) vessels 12 can be located, side walls 271, 271' standing perpendicularly from two side ends 26, 26' of the bottom 25 are formed, and folded portions 28, 28' which are facing the bottom 25 in parallel are provided at the edges. The bottom 25 and the side walls 271, 271' are provided with several number of holes 31 or slits 32 respectively so that a gas flow being required for fermentation is not prevented. The vessels 12 with steamed soybeans being packed are arranged in the inner box 23 for example, in two piles as indicated by a type of packing 33, the box 23 is placed in a fermentation chamber to have the soybeans fermented, the inner box 23 is taken out from a cooling chamber when a series of fermentation and cooling processes are completed, and then with the outer box 24 covered on it, packaging is completed as indicated by the type of packing 34. |
