<p>PURPOSE: To provide an impact resistant product of a reduced heavy load to be produced by a roller having low water sensitivity and good durability and a slipper method from a concrete and mortar of a hydraulic cement modified by adding fibers by molding a composition containing reinforcing fibers having a specific length by specific wt.% to total weight of the composition in a cement composition to generate a molding extruded material. CONSTITUTION: A composition containing an aggregate, hydraulic cement and water and further containing reinforcing fiber of 0.25 to 4 wt.% to total weight of the composition and a length of 2.0 to 20 mm is molded by a roller and slipper method to generate a molding extruded material. This is divided to form sections, then the sections are cured to obtain a building product having a sectional thickness of 15 mm or less. The composition containing the fibers of 4 wt.% or more is scarcely processed by the roller and slipper method, and when the composition containing longer fiber than 20 mm is used, there is a problem in the case of cutting.</p> |
