PURPOSE:To obtain not only a fine pattern of about 10/mm but also a film thickness of 10mum or more by setting the pattern depth of intaglio printing to a specific range and using a silicone blanket wherein silicone rubber having specific rubber hardness is used as the surface layer of an offset blanket. CONSTITUTION:The pattern depth of intaglio printing is set to a range of 20-30mum and a silicone blanket 3 having JIS rubber hardness of 20-500 is used. The thickness of silicone rubber at this time is pref. 0.5-2.0mm and the particle size distribution of tungsten in ink is pref. set so that a particle size of 0.5-10.0mum is 90% or more and a mean particle size is 1-5mum. By supplying the ink 6 to the intaglio printing 1 and scraping the surface of the intaglio printing by a doctor 5, the cavities being the ink receiving parts of the intaglio printing 1 are filled with the ink 6. Next, the silicone blanket 3 is tumbled on the intaglio printing 1 under pressure. The tungsten ink 4 transferred to the silicone blanket 3 rotationally moving on the intaglio printing is transferred to the predetermined position of a ceramic substrate 2. |
