摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce an increase of a circuit scale such as the number of circuit parts or the number of substrates even when the number of simultaneous receiving channels are not increased by performing fundamental phasing operation in the first phasing part provided to a phasing circuit part and performing the fine adjustment of directional characteristics at every simultaneous receiving channels in the second phasing part. CONSTITUTION:A phasing circuit part 4 has the first phasing part 10a and the second phasing part 10b, and the phasing part 10a performs fundamental phasing operation and is constituted by parallelly providing a plurality of delay circuits 12a-12c imparting required delay times corresponding to the respective vibrator elements 11a-11n of a probe. The phasing part 10b performs the fine adjustment of directional characteristics at every simultaneous receiving channels and is constituted by parallelly providing the directionality fine adjustment delay circuits 13a-13c connected to the delay circuits 12a-12c in series. The circuits 13a-13c select taps 14 to respectively obtain delay outputs of a plurality of stages. These outputs are synthesized by adder-amplifiers 15a-15c to obtain receiving signals A, B, C.
