<p>PURPOSE:To execute the stable tape travelling by providing a means to detect the current and reel displacement of a reel motor immediately the end or the start of the speed change of a tape, a reel displacement error detecting means and a current command correcting means to the motor. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of motors 6 and 7 is made into a pulse by encoders 6 and 7, sent to a control device 10, and a motor current is sent through an AD converter 13 to a control device. A computing element 16 receives these, drives the motors 6 and 7, rotates reels 4 and 5, and determines a driving command to control the speed and tension of a magnetic tape 1 to pass through a magnetic head 2 to a target value. The computing element 16 calculates a control parameter with the input from a port 20 and the mechanism constant of a ROM 18, sends it to a RAM 17 with a suitable timing and updates the control parameter. Thus, before and after the break of the speed change period of a tape, the displacement of the motor current and the reel is detected, the reel displacement error with a standard is corrected, housed in the tolerance, a motor driving command is issued, therefore, the stable tape travelling is obtained.</p> |
