<p>PURPOSE:To perform the simulation of a designed work machine system and transfer system immediately and easily even by the first person in operation by preparing the models of the work machine system and transfer system by combining Petri net signs. CONSTITUTION:A machine system forms a regulation line regulating the inputs to the work line setting a work time by the combination of Petri net symbols (source, place P, sink, transition, etc.) and to the trouble generation line setting a trouble generation rate and to the work line of the body to be worked according to the work state of this work line, and a transfer system forms the call line performing the calling for transfer at least by combining the symbols and the moving time set line setting the moving time of the transfer returning to a standby position again by passing a target position from the standby position. The quantity (m) of the body to be worked fed from this machine system or transfer system is counted by a link system and at the time when this count value reaches the specified number an operation command is given to the linked succeeding machine system or transfer system.</p> |
