<p>PURPOSE:To enable a work to be heated without heating it so as to improve the quality of a product by inserting the work into a high frequency heating coil from below the high frequency heating coil and stopping it for a specified time, and then taking it out by shifting the work further upward. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency heating coil 15 whose axis is directed vertically and a vertically shifting mechanism 11 which shifts a work W placed thereon and inserts the work W into the high frequency heating coil 15 from below the high frequency heating coil 15 and stops it for a certain time and further shifts the work W upward so as to take it out upward from the high frequency heating coil 15 are provided. Accordingly, as it heats the work after shifting it upward, the work can be heated being placed upward one by one, and there is no contact between fellow works and no necessity of reheating. Also, as the work can be inserted into a mold for forging as it is in the posture of being taking out, the conveyance time of the work can be shortened, and the heating temperature can be lowered. Hereby, overheat of the work can be prevented, and the quality can be improved.</p> |
