<p>PURPOSE:To surely judge the quality of connection by rotatively driving a socket nonrotatably holding a connecting member, detecting a group of objects to be detected which are arranged on the side face of a socket device moved as the socket is screwed, and judging the quality of the relative movement. CONSTITUTION:A socket 5 nonrotatably supporting a nut 7 is rotatively driven by a motor 3. A group of objects to be detected 9a are arranged in the vertical direction on the side face of the socket 5. When the nut 7 is pressed to the bolt 8 of another connecting member by a spring 6 and the socket 5 is rotatively driven, the nut 7 is lifted by the spring 6 together with the socket 5 while being screwed to the bolt 8. Individual objects to be detected 9a are detected by a sensor 10 in sequence, on/off signals are outputted, and the quality of the screwing state is judged by their intervals. The quality of the connecting state between the bolt and the nut can be surely judged.</p> |
